ADB and BP Norway through a joint development project have created a new web based WorkMate application called Temporary Equipment Manager. This application has been developed to allow the user to understand the current location of all temporary equipment, access to all documentation associated with the items and a better overview of any issues relating to these assets.

The application also allows the equipment owner to request updates of documentation from any attached supplier or vendor and supports all of the required workflow to allow external access to this for confirmation, update it and resubmission back for approval.

Document versioning for clarification, deviation and electronic signing is also supported as are all communications to and from suppliers and vendors. This application has been based on the Norsok Z-15N standard and compliments other Norsok standards supported throughout WorkMate.
