University College London Hospital Trust (UCLH) in conjunction with ADB Systemer AS has started a project to implement ADB’s procurement suite to manage and control all of the Trusts procurement, order management, goods receiving and invoice control functions. The Trust will now have the capability to centrally manage all procurement activity using WorkMate Centralised Procurement and implement distributed purchasing to all staff using WorkMate Procurement Manager. Supplier collaboration will also be managed using WorkMate Order Manager.

This project has been running since September 2006 and is at the stage now where all development, configuration and testing has been completed. We are expecting to start our pilot rollouts of applications in February 2007 and will quickly follow this with a Trust wide implementation.
