The Work Permit Management module in WorkMate helps organizations to simplify and coordinate the process of work permit management. WorkMate has been developed to ease the process of authorizing, activating and deactivating work permits on your production platforms or facilities. Barcode readers have been introduced to simplify the process of reading information about each work permit and indicating in the application if this permit is active or not and approved or not. The WorkMate Preventive Maintenance is a methodology used to create schedules of planning maintenance actions at the prevention of breakdowns and failures. Inspection Management
WorkMate Inspection's capabilities encompasses various inspection activities performed in order to optimise the availability of assets that may degrade in performance or usability over a period of time. Normally inspection based processes uses a frequency of checking an asset to determine its current performance and will input this reading or value. These readings will be taken and matched against predetermined thresholds (as per RCM) and the resulting maintenance activity will be performed.
